Direct Debit or ACH

Don't worry about lost checks, late payment fees, or service interruptions. Direct Debit is a free service available from A.O.K. Sanitations that electronically deducts your payment from your credit card account.  Complete, Sign, and Return the Auto Debit Form to A.O.K. Sanitations.
